The contact management screens provide the sales manager the opportunity to view essential client base dashboards. These screens additionally provide a list of contacts that can filtered as required.

Contact Listing Screen

The contact management dashboard shows the number of active and inactive contacts in a calling cycle. The second chart shows the number of calling cycles outstanding as well as those that are set for a future time.

Contact Screen

The contact screen further shows the total activities through contacts done per user for the past 3 months. The area below the dashboard is available to management to filter and search the client base.
